When you have an active internet connection, Proclaim automatically downloads and installs updates. However, if an update has not installed or temporarily got skipped, you can update Proclaim manually. There are two ways to manually update your Proclaim software: from inside the program itself or, if the program will not open, externally.

Confirm your version of Proclaim. Click Help and select About Proclaim.
The status of your version appears below the Copyright notice.

Note: At the bottom of the Help menu is a service status indicator. Select this indicator to view any recent service outages.

Check for updates. If the status reads Proclaim is up to date, click Check again. This confirms that you have the latest version of Proclaim.
Proclaim will download and install the new update automatically. Click on Relaunch to apply it.

Restart Proclaim.
After you click on Relaunch , Proclaim will restart and apply the update automatically. If you want to confirm the update has been applied. Click on Help and then on About Proclaim . You will get a message saying Proclaim is up to date.

To download and update Proclaim for Windows, follow these steps:

Open your Downloads folder and double-click the downloaded ProclaimSetup file.
Allow the Proclaim Setup to download and install Proclaim. It should only take a couple of minutes.

Grant Proclaim permissions by selecting Yes in the window to allow Proclaim access to make changes to your computer.

Open Proclaim. Proclaim will ask you to sign in.
To download and install Proclaim for macOS, follow these steps:

Open your Downloads folder and double-click the downloaded Proclaim.dmg file. If prompted that the app was downloaded from the internet, click Open.

In the window that opens on your computer, drag and drop the Proclaim icon to your Applications folder. Note that while doing this does replace your old version, all your information (presentations, settings, etc.) are saved to the cloud, so they will not be lost.

Navigate to your Applications folder (you can double-click the Applications folder icon in the pop-up window above) and double-click Proclaim.
Proclaim will ask you to sign in.
