With the Proclaim Remote app, users can control their Proclaim presentation using their Android or iOS devices.
The most reliable way to connect your computer and device is a Local Wifi connection, but you can also use the internet to control your presentation.
While this has been possible in the past, recent updates to Proclaim and the Remote have improved this functionality.
However, this increase in reliability means that people running older versions of Android or iOS will be required to use a Local Wifi connection to use the Remote app with Proclaim. Newer versions of the app will use the new connection methods, and you'll need to be on-or-above the minimum Android or iOS versions to use them with newer versions of Proclaim.
If you are unable to update the operating system on your mobile device.
Note: Depending on your network, devices may occupy different subnets. If you have followed the steps to set up your local wifi Remote app and still cannot connect to your presenting computer, please contact your network administrator.
