Your single Proclaim subscription covers everyone on your team, and there are no device limits. You can invite new members to your team from the Team menu.
Note: Learn more about collaborating as a team together or send your team members the Proclaim Volunteer Reference Guide. You can install Proclaim on as many computers as you need. If you need to install Proclaim on a new computer, download Proclaim here.
1. Click Add Team Members.
Expand the Team menu in Proclaim and click Add Team Members.
2. Add emails or account names.
In the popup, add an email address or an account name, and press Enter. Add additional email addresses as needed. Then, click Done to send the invitation(s).
3. View or withdraw pending invitations.
To view or withdraw pending invitations, expand the Team menu, and select Manage Team Members.
From here, you can see any pending invitations. To resend or withdraw a pending invitation, select an action from the more options menu .
