How Do I Add People To My Presentation Team?

Your single Proclaim subscription covers everyone on your team, and there are no device limits. You can invite new members to your team from the Team menu.

1. Click Add Team Members.

Expand the Team menu in Proclaim and click Add Team Members.

2. Add emails or usernames.

In the popup, add an email address or an username, and press Enter. Add additional email addresses as needed. Then, click Done to send the invitation(s).

Note: If an invitee is not already a member of your presentation team, they are automatically added at the Member level. However, some functions in Proclaim require them to have a higher permission level. Learn how to adjust these permissions here.

3. View or withdraw pending invitations.

To view or withdraw pending invitations, expand the Team menu, and select Manage Team Members.

From here, you can see any pending invitations. To resend or withdraw a pending invitation, select an action from the more options menu kebab_vertical.svg.
