Proclaim gives you the ability to work with multiple presentation groups, simplifying collaborating with different ministry teams or churches licensed to use Proclaim.
1. Open the Team menu.
Click Team in the main toolbar.
2. Choose an option.
The Change group dialog offers two options in the top section of the team menu:
- Switch teams: choose any existing team in which you hold membership.
- Create New Team: create a new presentation team.
Switch Teams
All available groups for which you have access show at the top of the Team menu. The current status indicator automatically updates when you choose a new group.
Note: If you have recently been invited to a team but have not yet joined, Proclaim designates your status as Invited. Click the team name to Accept and use this group.
Create a new team
Selecting this option creates a new presentation group. Enter your team name and click Create team. Proclaim will create the new team and prompt you to switch.
Note: Presentation teams are connected to your Church Group automatically. Access to your Proclaim subscription is managed by membership in Presentation teams.
