Proclaim requires a connected church group to access great features like sermon recording and bulletins. You can create a new church group, connect to an existing church group, or rename a current church group from Faithlife.com.
Skip ahead to:
Create a new Presentation Team.
Permissions to access Proclaim are distributed through membership in a church’s Presentation Team. To associate or create a Presentation Team, you must be a moderator or admin.
Note: If you are not an administrator of your church group, go to Faithlife.com, search for your church group, and click About in the group’s lefthand sidebar to view your church group’s administrator. Click your administrator’s name, then send them a message and have them add your presentation team as a subgroup.
Expand the Team menu and click Create New Team. Follow the steps to create a new team and then invite people to your team.
Note: Learn more about working with teams, including how to manage team members.
Associate an existing Presentation Team.
If you already have an existing Presentation Team dissociated from your church group, you can connect the team to your church group on Faithlife.com.
1. Open your church group on Faithlife.com.
You must be an admin or moderator in your church group to associate an existing Presentation Team with your group.
Note: If you are not an admin or moderator of your church group, click About in the group’s lefthand sidebar to view your church group’s administrator. Click your administrator’s name, then send them a message and have them add your presentation team as a subgroup.
Expand the account menu in the top right corner of Proclaim. Click your church name to open your group on Faithlife.com.
2. Click Manage groups in the sidebar.
3. Add the existing group.
Expand the Add menu and click Add/Invite Existing Groups.
Search for your presentation team and click Invite.
Note: You can click Remove Subgroup to remove the link between your church group and any subgroup.
When you return to Proclaim and expand the Team menu, your newly-associated Presentation Team should show.
