To update your credit card information, or to change payers, open the account menu in the upper right corner of the main app window and select on Manage Subscriptions from the list.
You will be directed to an external browser window at proclaim.logos.com/store/account/profile. Navigate the menu on the left to update billing info, view current subscriptions, or review your order history.
Want to change who's paying for a subscription? Please contact our Support Team for assistance with that. The new billed user needs to have an account at logos.com and to be set in the church group and presentation team as an administrator.
