Add a QR Code to a Service Item
You can add a QR code to any editable service item (Bible, Announcement, Song, or Content slides).
-
Create your slide.
-
Click the QR code icon
to generate a QR code. When adding a QR code, it will remember the last position used for that same kind of service item.
Note: When adding a QR code to a Bible slide, the URL gets automatically populated with a ref.ly link to that reference in the Logos app. However, you must add the QR code after you have added the reference for the QR code to automatically link to the text. Adding a QR code to a slide before adding a reference will result in a link to your church website (the default for QR codes).
- Customize your QR code (see below).
Customize Your QR Code
You can customize several elements of your QR code:
-
Use the adjusters to choose the size and position of your QR code on your screen.
-
Choose the type of link your QR code represents. Proclaim QR codes can support links to URLs, WiFi networks, phone numbers, and email addresses.
-
Type the link details in the content box.
-
Choose the colors of the QR code.
Note: Keep high contrast colors when customizing so that the QR code can be easily scanned by anyone in the congregation.
