Edit an On-Air presentation
With Proclaim it's easy to edit your presentation anytime. While on air click Edit and to view the edit options above the control box. You can advance and control the presentation while in edit mode as long as you are on air.
Note: you may have to Alt + Tab (or CMD + Tab on Mac) if you are in a single-screen mode.
To change a song:
- Click Edit and select the song you want to change.
- Change the song or just the lyrics.
If you want to change the background:
- Click Edit and select the item you want to change.
- Click Background and choose Browse media (the Media Browser will open.)
- Select your new background and click Apply to Current Slide.
The same steps apply to editing or adding any content while on air.
Follow an On-Air presentation
You can view any On Air presentation on a secondary monitor with any one of the following options:
Confidence Monitor (text-only)
You can set up your laptop as a Confidence Monitor to view a high contrast, text-only view of your presentation if your computer running Proclaim is able to use your laptop as a secondary display. This output is especially helpful for worship teams as it also supports stage directions, countdown timers, lyric previews for upcoming song slides, and other presenter features.

Digital Sign Feed
Digital sign feeds are looping presentations that can display announcements, verses, Bible trivia, and anything else you want to include. Importantly, you can also set up any sign feed to show your On Air presentation during your services. This means you can set your laptop to show your sign feed and it will mirror your live presentation during your service, as any device with a web browser can display sign feeds. At this point, sign feeds cannot play video.

Note: There’s no limit to the number of sign feeds you can have. If you’re already using a sign feed for your lobby TVs (or some other area in your building) and don’t want to show On Air presentations on that feed, create a new feed meant just for your services.
Proclaim Remote App
If you want to follow a presentation on your mobile device, grab the Proclaim Remote app from the iOS or Android app store. Once you configure the app, you can follow any On Air presentation from your mobile device.

Note: The Proclaim Remote App will not play sound or video.
Check that a presentation has synced
When a Proclaim presentation is synced, all its content (images, videos, etc.) is cached locally. In other words, if your network connection is interrupted after you have fully synced you will be able to continue presenting without issue.
The sync icon is located in the upper right corner of the main app window:
Clicking the sync icon will force a sync.
The sync icon has several states:
- A check mark indicates that everything is synchronized. Ideally this is what you want to see Sunday morning before your service begins.
- A spinning wheel shows your download progress for content like videos, images, etc.
- A red exclamation point indicates an error occurred when syncing or downloading content.
Set a location
In order to allow your congregation to interact with your Proclaim presentation's signals, it's important to set your location. When you set your location, it displays for all your church's presentations.
1. Navigate to your presentation settings.
Expand Settings in the main navigation and select Presentation.
2. Add your physical location.
In the Location entry box, add your physical address and select it from the search results below.
A map displays to confirm your address. Your location settings will link to your Presentation Team. Add it once and Proclaim will remember it everywhere. Exit out of the settings to return to your presentation. With your location set, you can interact with your audience during your presentation with signals. Learn more.
Add a webpage
Proclaim supports embedding a website directly into your presentation in one of your slides. To get started, add a web page service item to your presentation from the Add Item menu.
Select Web page from the list and enter the URL of the website you wish to embed. Go to Preview mode or on air to interact with the embedded browser.
Did you know? You can add YouTube, Vimeo, or videos from Logos Sermons directly into your presentation. Click here to find out how.
Delete a presentation
You can delete any Proclaim presentation from the Open menu.
Warning: Deleting a presentation deletes it for all members of your team. Additionally, deleted presentation’s service items will no longer appear in the Reuse Items list. If necessary, you can undelete a presentation from your web browser.
-
Expand the File menu and click Open.
-
Right-click any presentation and select Delete.
Backup and restore a presentation
Proclaim automatically downloads all the content required by your presentation locally. If you lose your network connection during service, your presentation won't be disrupted. Just look for the green sync icon to make sure your presentation has been downloaded locally.
What if you don't have internet at all? Not to worry -- Proclaim supports saving your entire presentation to a thumb drive so you can load it on the booth machine without requiring the internet.
When you finish creating your presentation, open the File menu at the top of the screen and select Back up presentation.
Did you know? Your presentation backup file (.prs) includes both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios, so your presentation will look great no matter what screen you use.
When you get to church, start Proclaim and click Restore presentation from the File menu to load your exported .prs file from the previous step.
